HEC Paris kindly invites you to our Women’s Leadership Development session with Prof. Randall White & Prof. Sandra Shullman on “Cracking the Glass Ceiling, Navigating the Shifting Sands.”‌

With increasing numbers of women entering the marketplace to fill leadership roles, women’s leadership development is now a major talent issue around the world. This interactive session will explore the history, current status and emerging trends in women’s leadership succession, with specific emphasis on women’s leadership in the region. Our professors will lead a conversation on both the research and design of women’s leadership development. The session will combine presentation and discussion of key issues where participants will explore the relevance of these issues to their own current career experience.
